**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Certified Phlebotomy Technician Level II, you will be responsible for obtaining blood, urine, and culture specimens from patients ranging in age from newborn to geriatric, according to established procedures of Marian Medical Center Laboratory and State and Federal Regulations.

Every day you will obtaining blood, urine, and culture specimens from patients ranging in age from newborn to geriatric, according to established procedures of Marian Medical Center Laboratory and State and Federal Regulations.

To be successful in this role, you must

+ Perform clerical functions and routine repetitive specimen testing under direct supervision of a licensed technologist
+ Rotate shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed
