Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing and driving the growth, sustainability, and profitability of all aviation services entities, including engineering, ground handling, cargo, catering and academy. The role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry safety and regulatory standards, while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and productive working environment as agreed with the Group’s Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors. The CEO will also be accountable for implementing strategic and commercial initiatives, optimizing cost structures and efficiencies, and positioning the business as a competitive and reliable partner in the aviation ecosystem, aligned with the Group’s long-term vision and business plan.
