A Centre Manager oversees day-to-day operations and runs programmes within the centre. They coordinate cross‑centre and cross‑sector programmes, and take on operational, HR, and finance management responsibilities for the centre. They monitor and strive to achieve key indicators of the centre’s impact and financial health, as part of achieving the overall organisation strategy. An excellent communicator to both internal and external stakeholders, the Centre Manager provides leadership to all staff when managing incidents/problems, ensuring that all issues are resolved satisfactorily and timely.
