Oversee daily centre operations, including client registration, record updates, payments, and general housekeeping. Support therapists/teachers during sessions and handle enquiries, calls, follow-ups, and appointment reminders to ensure a positive client experience.
Manage centre inventory and assist in staff meetings. Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and HQ to refine procedures and ensure all documentation meets insurance, regulatory, and reporting standards.
Drive business development and marketing initiatives , including market research, promotional campaigns, and client outreach. Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high-quality service.
Assist with staff scheduling, timesheets, and coordination of interns. Prepare daily financial summaries and support HQ and ECDA reports. Perform other ad hoc duties to keep operations running smoothly.
