Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete day-to-day management of the center
Drive admissions, counselling, follow-ups, and sales conversions
Manage student experience from enquiry to onboarding
Supervise front desk, counsellors, coordinators, and support staff
Coordinate faculty schedules, batches, classrooms, and training calendars
Ensure smooth operations and proper execution across all departments
