About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Cebu Account Manager to join our team at ESV International Corporation . Based in Mandaue City Cebu , this full-time role will be responsible for managing and strengthening key client relationships to drive business growth.

What you'll be doing

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned accounts

• Understand client needs and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive client satisfaction

• Identify new business opportunities and proactively pitch additional products and services

• Regularly report on account performance and provide strategic recommendations for growth

• Support the sales team in responding to tenders and proposals
