Job description We are looking for a skilled and passionate
Western Cuisine Chef
to join our
quick-service kitchen team
. You will be responsible for preparing quality Western dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting smooth daily operations. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook Western dishes (e.g. pastas, grilled items, all-day breakfast, burgers, etc.) Ensure fast and consistent food preparation suitable for a quick-service environment Manage food quality, portioning, and presentation Oversee kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance (SFA/NEA) Monitor stock levels, food cost and wastage Support menu planning and supervise kitchen helpers Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in Western or quick-service F&B environment Strong skills in grilling, sauces and plating Able to work independently and handle high order volume Team player with good communication skills Willing to work 6 days/week, including weekends and public holidays (rotational rest day)
