Restaurant: Café Brie
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality continental dishes.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control.
Manage assigned kitchen section efficiently.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
Train junior chefs and kitchen staff to enhance team performance and ensure all dishes meet Restaurants quality standards.
Assist Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as CDP in a reputable restaurant.
Strong knowledge of continental cuisine.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
