Salary - £55,000 - £70,000 + benefits

I’m currently working with a well-established and highly respected independent consultancy in the built environment sector that is looking to appoint an experienced CDM Principal Designer to join their team in the North West.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident H&S professional who enjoys taking ownership, influencing design teams, and playing a key role in delivering safe, compliant, and well-managed projects across the residential sector (with exposure to other sectors such as heritage, education and leisure).

The Role

You’ll support multiple project teams in meeting their CDM and wider health & safety obligations, while also leading on CDM-focused projects. The position blends technical expertise, client-facing work, and team collaboration.
