CCTV Operator
Pay rate: £16.71 per hour
Shift pattern: Nights only, 4 on / 4 off (7pm-6am)
Location: London Borough of Harrow, Harrow, Middlesex, HA3 8NT
The London Borough of Harrow is seeking a proactive and vigilant CCTV Operator to join the Community Safety team. This is a night shift position working on a rotating 4 on, 4 off pattern across seven days, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate all systems within the CCTV Control Centre in a proactive and responsive manner
Monitor live CCTV feeds in line with the CCTV Code of Practice and control room procedures
Identify and report incidents relating to non compliance, environmental crime, public realm issues, ASB, crime and disorder
Provide accurate observations and support to enforcement and community safety teams
Maintain clear, concise logs and follow escalation procedures
