Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV footage of outlets, production units, warehouses, and office premises.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, theft, misconduct, safety violations, or operational issues.
- Maintain proper CCTV recording backups and ensure cameras are functioning properly.
- Coordinate with outlet managers, security staff, and administration team regarding incidents.
- Prepare daily incident reports and escalation reports to management.
- Track opening and closing activities of outlets through surveillance monitoring.
- Ensure all cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related systems are operational.
- Support investigations by retrieving CCTV footage whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data and company information.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for CCTV maintenance and repairs.
