Developing and implementing a commercial strategy aligned with the organization's global vision and objectives, focused on sustainable growth.Defining commercial policy and setting sales targets (revenue and margin).Managing acquisition, retention, and development of key client relationships.Driving the development of customer-centric processes, procedures, digital, and product solutions.Designing, optimizing, and standardizing commercial processes and internal procedures across the organization.Leading, motivating, and developing commercial teams across the organization.Building a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.Closely cooperating with the Management Board in strategic commercial decision-making.
