Job Title: CCM Pulpit Operator Steel Making Plant

Job Summary

Responsible for operating and monitoring CCM (Continuous Casting Machine) pulpit activities to ensure smooth and safe steel production operations while maintaining process parameters product quality and plant productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CCM systems as per production requirements
• Ensure process parameters are maintained as per process sheets and supervisor instructions
• Monitor HMI/CCM alarms and process trends and report abnormalities to the supervisor
• Coordinate with EAF LF CC control room cranes and other sections for smooth plant operations
• Ensure availability of consumables tools bins and hopper materials required for operations
• Follow temperature and sampling frequency procedures to maintain product consistency
