Position Overview
The 4-H Youth Development Resource Educator is an Association team member who will develop and deliver timely, relevant, and innovative programs for youth utilizing the application of research-based knowledge and leadership techniques. The educator develops leadership skills and engagement in parents and volunteers for leveraging the impact of the program with youth, families, and communities. The primary accountabilities include planning, organizing, leading, and evaluating the Association’s 4-H Youth Development Program, primarily for Seneca County stakeholders, including community clubs, 4-H school enrichment, 4-H after-school programs, 4-H special interest groups, and 4-H events.
