**Description**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**

+ Perform aircraft engine/component troubleshooting using customer/OEM instructions.
+ Use engine test equipment as provided by the customer to troubleshoot and analyze engine operation in the aircraft.
+ Troubleshoot fuel leaks, remove and replace aircraft fuel cells
+ Provide guidance to mechanics within the work center or special work group by sharing technical knowledge to enhance accomplishment of assigned tasks.
+ Evaluate condition of engine and dynamic components requiring inspections as a result of operation outside of established parameters.
+ Assist in the removal and replacement of aircraft engines utilizing appropriate support equipment.
+ Work Orders in NALCOMIS/OOMA, Standard Navy Support Equipment, Lifts, Stands, Hoists.
