In this role, you will bring 2-3 years of catering experience and a diploma or equivalent to manage staff performance and service offerings. Your main responsibilities will include negotiating with suppliers, coordinating events, and handling customer concerns. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with health regulations in all operations.
