The Catering Sales Manager is a senior commercial role responsible for owning, driving, and growing company’s catering revenue across the UAE. The role carries full commercial accountability for the catering sales channel from strategy and business development through to client management, proposal ownership, and revenue delivery.
Operating as a key contributor within the B2B Sales division, the role leads the development of company’s catering business across corporate clients, luxury hospitality groups, government entities, VIP and private clients, event agencies, and premium event organizers. The Catering Sales Manager is expected to independently drive the full sales cycle from market prospecting and client acquisition through proposal development, commercial negotiation, contract closing, and post-event account growth.
