**Job Description**
The Catering Sales Coordinator is responsible for the sales and administrative duties within the catering operation. Essential functions and responsibilities?of the position may vary by business needs.?
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Schedules and assigns daily work assignments within the catering operation
+ Responsible for all order taking and initial setup
+ Advises guests on menu selection and development
+ Oversees the completion of tasks within a catering, or suites environment
+ Assists, trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation, customer service, etc.
+ Sets up work areas according to guest/client requests, banquet event orders, Aramark standards, etc.
+ Ensures service areas are maintained including replenishment of product, cleanliness, etc.
