- Coordinate with clients to understand event needs preferences and dietary requirements offering creative and tailored menu options.
- Ensure flawless execution of all events handling everything from event design and logistics to delivery and post-event feedback.
- Supervise all aspects of service during events from setup to breakdown ensuring every detail is executed with precision.
- Take the lead on off-site events when required managing logistics including transportation equipment staffing and client communication.
