Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate guest needs within the hotel
• Keep the guests informed about the formalities any special conditions relating to their stay and the services available
• Driving the catering vehicle to deliver food beverages and equipment to event locations.
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services
• Enter in the logbook all trips made: departure time mileage time of return purpose of trip etc.
• Adhering to all traffic laws and company policies ensuring safe and responsible driving.
• Follow up on guest requests and ensure the guest is provided with all the assistance needed
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of catering items which may include heavy objects.
• Ensure the security of guests property during transfers
• Report any accident involving hotel's car to the FOM
• Report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag
