Position Overview
**Job Description**
The Captain position is vital to achieving excellent guest service and executing catering events. The Captian is responsible for leading Severs and Bussers and pulling equipment for event set up, transporting materials and food to the event, setting up the event, serving guests, cleaning up the event, and returning equipment to the catering Department. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. This position is eliglbe for Administrative Fee Share split, however, set up days are a flat rate at $21.00. This role takes place in an events-based setting, which means that schedules and hours will vary. In general, you will most likely work 3 or 4 events a year. You will turn in an availability and we will take that into account when we reach you on the scheduling list. This role is a union position under Unite Here 11.
