Position Overview
The Role:
Under the direction of the Catering Manager and Supervisor is responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service for special function patrons and their dining experience.
Responsibilities:
+ Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times
+ Reports for scheduled event on time and reports to assigned area in a timely manner
+ Fulfills openings and closing duties as dictated by management
+ Maintains the highest level of professionalism and service while abiding by Legendsβ service standards
+ Sets up, maintains, and breaks down for all functions
+ Is knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium
+ Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, specials, and services offered
+ Abides by Legends Sequence of Service when interacting with guests
+ Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work environment
