Responsibilities

• Working in the kitchen on food preparation
• General kitchen duties and working front of house serving customers
• Setting hospitality rooms for functions and serving hospitality buffets
• Maintaining and conforming to standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with current legislation
• Providing excellent customer service and following all relevant policies and procedures
