Overview

The Catering and Kitchen Manager will oversee all catering, kitchen and food services operations including menu planning, inventory management, budgeting, staff scheduling and ensuring high quality product and delivery of food service deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Management and scheduling of Catering & Kitchen staff.
• Ensure food services training (food handler certifications); food & equipment, health & safety protocols, inspections and regulations are up-to-date and meet Provincial Guidelines O. Reg. 493/17 (Ontario Food Safety Laws and Regulations). Ensure all departmental training is up to date.
