Serving 200 - 250 guests daily across multiple event spaces and dining outlets, you will supervise a talented team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences for corporate functions, conferences, and special events.
Your role is central to ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and flawless event delivery. You will coordinate all aspects of catering and event logistics, from planning and setup to service and breakdown, while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and safety.
