About the role

We are looking for a Category Manager to take ownership of IT‑related procurement and commercial activity – managing the full lifecycle from sourcing strategy through to contract delivery. You’ll ensure procurement outcomes are compliant, commercially sound and aligned with Government Procurement Rules and organisational priorities. You’ll bring strong commercial judgement to tendering, negotiation and supplier management, ensuring contracts deliver real value. You’ll also contribute to building team capability by sharing your expertise and guiding others through complex procurement challenges.
