Take ownership of end-to-end category strategy and execution across New Zealand, shaping how we grow the wine category with key retail partners.
You’ll report into the Head of Category & Insights (ANZ & Asia) and sit within a tight-knit, highly collaborative NZ team that’s well integrated with our broader commercial, sales and brand functions.
This is a high-autonomy role, where you’ll manage your portfolio end-to-end, balancing day-to-day delivery with forward planning in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver category strategies across wine and key sub-segments
Lead category reviews with major retailers
Analyse scan and shopper data to identify trends and opportunities
Turn insights into clear, actionable commercial recommendations
Partner closely with Sales to bring category strategy into customer conversations
