**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead **portfolio strategy and lifecycle management** (launches, expansions, phase-outs)
+ Deliver **revenue and gross margin targets** aligned to the Multi Year Plan
+ Drive **pricing strategy and value capture**
+ Lead **product launches and campaign execution**
+ Ensure alignment between **marketing, sales, and field execution**
+ Lead **Local Product Concept Team (LPCT)** for portfolio decisions
