Job Purpose

The Kitchen Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the efficient and hygienic operation of the kitchen. This position ensures all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards, while also supporting food preparation, deliveries, and overall kitchen organisation. The role contributes directly to the guest and staff experience by maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organised environment, while fully complying with Health, Safety & Food Hygiene regulations and supporting sustainability initiatives.
