Job Description: Requirement/Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electrical, or related). Minimum 3 years of production preparation and/or manufacturing experience. At least 1 year of major model change experience impacting part quality and manufacturability. At least 1 year of experience leading project teams with responsibility for milestones and coordination. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply structured business practices. Experience: Production preparation or manufacturing engineering experience. Project leadership experience managing working groups. Exposure to equipment, tooling, or fixture changes.
