Job Purpose:
Recruits and presents cashless payments solutions to tenants. This person works with the different business units in defining sustainable processes that would continually improve the state of existing use-cases. S/he helps fix and address operational issues raised by the team’s internal and external customers esp. in cases when the problem raised is outside of the support personnel’s scope. The officer also works with cashless payment providers and other solution providers in making sure that tenant concerns are addressed timely and resolved satisfactorily.
