ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for a PT On Call- Cashier at Osceola Heritage Park. The cashier sells menu items at the concession stand, control waste and provide good customer satisfaction.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

+ Follow all policies and procedures of ASM Global.

+ Assist in the setup of the stand prior to event, (cooking pretzels, making hotdogs, etc.).

+ Verify starting bank with money manager and handle money in accordance with cashier money handling policy.

+ Keep track of all voids and over rings.

+ Take orders from customers; Check ID for alcohol sales and enforce alcohol policy.

+ Assist with keeping an accurate inventory count.

+ Balance revenue sheet after each event.

+ Help with post event break down, (cleaning, putting stock away, etc.).

+ Other duties as assigned.
