Position Overview
The Transaction Svs Sr Supervisor is an intermediate management level position responsible for leading and supervising a medium sized unit of support employees, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team. The overall objective of this role is to improve processes, interpret data, prepare reports, and minimize bank risk through ensuring adherence to audit and control policies.
Responsibilities:
Provide support toTreasury and Trade services, Securities, Cash, Trade, Lockbox, Derivatives, Fund Services, Foreign Exchange, etc.Open and amend Letters of Credit (L/Cs), Standbys and Guatantees, Text vetting process, payments and solve customer issues to ensure efficient daily operationSupervise the daily workflow for a medium Transaction Services Operations unit that performs exception processingSolve unique transaction services issues/problems and recommend new work procedures through an understanding of current proceduresEv...
