Charles Schwab Trust Bank provides trust, custody, trading, and technical services to retirement plan sponsors, advisors, and their agents. Within CSTB, the Cash Operations organization supports the movement of client funds by processing incoming and outgoing cash activity while ensuring compliance with regulatory, tax, and risk?management requirements.

The Distributions Team is responsible for executing payments and distributions, managing returned and rejected transactions, supporting OFAC requirements, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and completing special handling requests. We partner closely with internal teams and vendors, operate within multiple systems, and adhere to strict internal controls to mitigate financial and operational risk.
