Responsibilities
Own and drive key Cash Loan business metrics in SEA regions such as P&L, user adoption, conversion, approval, losses, OPEX and NPS
Develop and implement optimization strategy to improve processes, reduce costs and enhance customer experience by collaborating with internal and external partners
Generate and deliver actionable business insights through monitoring and analyzing business metrics and performance data, and create effective dashboards and reports
Investigate root causes of metric deviations, customer complaints and operational problems; lead incident management and develop solutions to prevent recurrences
Lead and motivate a team of operational staff including those in disbursements, collections, payments, fraud management, customer service and risk management
