Shift: typically 10:30am - 7pm & rotating weekends/holidays

Responsibilities:

+ Count cash drawers from points of service registers after each meal and prepare cash ledger. Total deposits
+ Prepare and submit to accounting daily and monthly cash records. Complete daily ancillary deposit through treasury dept.
+ Complete necessary bank forms for change and assure that department has specified amount of money on hand for register change purposes. Assure that all petty cash reimbursements are made.
+ Calculate daily charges by volunteer for PUH, Falk Clinic, Eye & Ear and University of Pittsburgh athletes
+ Complete daily deposit slips. Assure that deposit slip and cash are picked up daily.

HS Diploma/GED OR 1 YR previous job experience required in lieu of HS Diploma/GED
