The Cash Application Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cash application process, ensuring the accurate and timely reconciliation of customer payments, and leading a team to deliver efficient and effective payment solutions. This role collaborates with accounting, credit, and customer support teams to enhance processes, implement system improvements, and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
Cash Application and Reconciliation
- Set up memos as authorized by management.
- Reconcile payments that have not been applied to customer accounts.
- Manage monthly closing of cash applications for Armour and Seaboard.
- Prepare and upload documentation into Software System (Blackline) for reconciliation.
