Description We are looking for a Cash Application Specialist to support a manufacturing organization in Collierville, Tennessee on a Contract basis. This position focuses on applying payments accurately, assisting with accounts receivable activities, and helping maintain reliable financial records during a contract assignment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with spreadsheets, and able to investigate payment discrepancies with confidence.

Responsibilities:
• Apply incoming payments promptly and accurately, including checks, wires, and other cash receipts.
• Support accounts receivable operations by posting transactions and keeping customer accounts up to date.
• Investigate reconciliation differences, identify root causes, and follow through on issue resolution.
