Position Overview
Job Purpose The successful incumbent will supports the Senior/Assistant Director (Programme) and Lead Case Manager in delivering and overseeing meaningful programmes for residents of the Halfway House. It ensuresthat all programmes are effectively implemented and aligned with the HalfwayHouse’s philosophy, mission, vision, and core values to support residents’rehabilitation and reintegration.
Major Duties and Responsibilities - Support the delivery of rehabilitation and reintegration programmes, working with the Senior/AssistantDirector (Programme) and Lead Case Manager to ensure residents are meaningfully engaged throughout their stay at the Halfway House.
- Safeguard programme quality and integrity, monitoring delivery and participation to ensure programmes achieve their intended rehabilitative outcomes.
