Salary: $47,008
Make a real impact in the lives of children and families. We’re looking for a compassionate Case Manager to provide support, advocacy, and stability for youth in foster care.

+ Manage and support your own caseload

+ Coordinate placements & attend court hearings

+ Work closely with children, families, and community partners

+ Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field (license preferred)

+ Experience in child welfare a plus

+ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
