+ Salary: $23/ hour

+ Schedule: 9AM-5PM, Monday- Friday

+ Location: 320 Carleton Ave Suite 8000 in Central Islip, NY




Primary Purpose of Job:

The Case Manager Bilingual is responsible for all aspects of Home-based Crisis Intervention and case management services for client families in the Alternatives for Youth Program.
