This position builds and maintains strong carrier partnerships to deliver superior service, competitive pricing, and reliable transportation solutions for our customers. The role involves daily carrier engagement, load coordination, rate negotiation, and proactive shipment tracking from pickup through final delivery to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
