ABOUT THE ROLE
The custom millwork fabricator will:
manufacture and assemble high-quality custom architectural elements and structuresread and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches and to understand project specificationsdetermine tolerances and test project elementsoperate all woodworking machinery, finishing equipment, power tools, and hand toolswork with different materials, including solid surfaces, epoxy, metals, melamine, solid wood, wood productsperform exact measurements, ensure precise installation of hardware and other elementsperform wood finishing, sanding, staining, and applying finishesmonitor quality across the team and ensure each piece is fabricated to a high standardplan and execute fabrication strategies; oversee and manage junior fabricators and assistantsmanage schedules to meet deadlines and provide consistent, regular project updates to man...
