An opportunity has be available for an experienced Multi‑Trade Carpenter to join a busy social housing repairs team working across occupied properties in the Northampton area. The role involves carrying out a wide range of carpentry repairs along with associated multi‑trade tasks to ensure homes are maintained to a high standard.
Your new role
Carry out day‑to‑day carpentry repairs in occupied domestic properties.Work professionally and respectfully within tenants’ homes.Ensure all work ispleted safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Maintain accurate records ofpleted works using the organisation’s systems.Represent the service positively and provide excellent customer care.What you'll need to succeed
