**Job Description**

The Carpenter Foreman leads self-perform construction activities across a variety of commercial projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safe practices, and efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment. This role combines hands-on carpentry and general construction tasks with on-site leadership, coordination, and real-time tracking of budgets and schedules.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform and oversee selective demolition activities on assigned projects while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
+ Carry out progress clean-up throughout the project and assist with final cleaning to prepare spaces for turnover.
