Job Summary:
The Carpenter is responsible for performing apartment unit turns which may vary by complex and unit type . This role involves a wide range of carpentry work that includes rough and finish carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting , floorin g, drywall hanging, windows and HVAC systems. The carpenter will also assist with construction projects and ensure all company properties are in good working order.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Maintenance:
* Perform routine repair work and remodeling of existing units .
* Replace and repair walls, flooring, cabinets, tubs, and other areas associated with a specific unit type.
* Ensure construction materials and tools are delivered, secured and installed correctly.
