**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Responsible to perform a wide range of maintenance duties related to the carpentry trade including, constructing casework, shelving, modifying existing, relocating offices, installing and removing numerous and varied items.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
+ Three (3) years of job related experience in the carpentry and construction trades required.
+ Valid PA Drivers License required.
+ Must pass a written skills test with a minimum grade of 75% and demonstrate skills by fabricating a piece of casework or furniture using a variety of techniques and hand tools.
