Verify readiness of FPSO cargo tanks for export, including tank lineup, valve positions, and segregation status.
Witness and confirm Remaining on Board (ROB) and opening inventory prior to loading.
Verify the use of approved and latest tank calibration tables.
Confirm custody transfer metering system is in correct operational mode and ready for transfer.
Witness and verify line fill / displacement volumes prior to cargo transfer, where applicable.
Measurement, Certification & Documentation
Witness measurement and certify the quality and quantity of crude oil loaded into export tankers in accordance with PETRONAS and THE COMPANY procedures.
Prepare, verify, and endorse the FPSO Cargo Tank Offload Measurement Report based on tank dipping conducted before and immediately after loading.
