Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of Singapore Sales (Cargo) team in Cargo Division. He/she will be involved in maximising Sales revenue from freight forwarders to meet performance indicators (e.g. revenue, loads and load factor) for the station set by Sales & Marketing Division.
Responsibilities
A. Revenue/ tonnage performance
- Monitor forwarder performance and gather market intelligence on competitor activities/ key accounts to support sales strategies.
- Maintain regular engage with forwarders; support occasional within/after-hours customer requsts.
- Action on Cargo Space Management (CSM) requests for adhoc support on weak flights by contacting forwarders for more supports
- Gather market intelligent on local cargo demand and conditions via forwarders.
