Job title: Facilities Assistant / CaretakerStart date: ASAPEnd date: 3 monthsRate of pay: £12.82DBS: Basic neededAddress: Trafford Working Days: 5 in 7, inc weekends.Working Hours: 25hr per week (overtime is periodically available)Job Spec: Working alongside the council to ensure compliance requirements are met. Minor DIY, flexibility in a diverse role, that can offer new challenges every day. Some basic cleaning maybe required. Driving between sites in a company vehicle, key handling, opening and closing of various buildings. This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
